Wusthof Classic 14cm Boning Knife is great for jointing poultry and meat. Precision forged in Germany from one piece of high carbon stainless steel, this rigid knife has an easily sharpened, corrosion resistant blade, while the handle is seam and pore free, for excellent hygiene.

While the handle of this knife is dishwasher safe, we recommend that you wash it by hand.
