This glazed terracotta tagine is ideal for all middle eastern tagine recipes. It simmers slowly allowing steam to condense back into the dish, making for very  tender lamb and full flavoured vegetable or fish. It can be used on top or in the oven, although we do recommend a heat diffuser if you have a gas cooker.
