This heavy gauge professional standard tarte tatin dish is ideal for  producing perfect upside down cakes and pies as well as normal" pies.Made from durable anodised aluminium it spreads heat evenly -  fantastic for evenly finished pastry.  The double thickness base means that you can caramelise the sugar topping perfectly on top of the cooker.
