The continental-style flan tin from Silverwood is great for both savoury quiches and flans and sweet tarts. Made from durable anodised aluminium it spreads heat evenly -  fantastic for evenly finished pastry and reduced cooking time. It has a loose base for easy release and an easy clean surface which will not peel or rust but will last  you for many many years
