Plastic Pudding Basins

These Plastic Pudding Basins are great for making Christmas or steam puddings. All come with extra tight plastic lids, for safe storing  in the freezer . They are best used in a steamer on top of a saucepan , in a pressure cooker sat on a trivet or in a microwave.There is no need to line them simply grease lightly adn put a piece of greasproof papr on top of the pudding before you put on the lid. Delia recommends changing the papers before the pudding is put into storage. The ideal time to make puddings is October to be eaten on Christmas Day.

Available in seven volumes, from 1/4 pint all the way up to 4 pints.
