The Peugeot Chateauneuf Salt Mill has one of the most reliable mechanisms on the market.

Peugeot have been making mills longer than they have cars, and these hundreds of years of improvement show in the quality and reliability of their mills. The salt mill features 'U SELECT' adjustment, so you can choose between six settings, to produce fine to course ground salt.

Because this mill is specifically designed to grind rock salt or dry sea salt, it is unsuitable for use with flaked sea salt.
This mill has a stainless steel mechanism, which is specially protected against salt corrosion.

Available in two sizes and three wood finishes.
