Minosharp Universal Knife Sharpener

The Minosharp range of ceramic water sharpeners are suitable for the effective sharpening of all kitchen knives.

Simple to use, just pull your knife through the ceramic wheels  - ranging from coarse to fine - to keep your knives razor sharp. The water keeps the blades protected as you do so and the hold-steady handle helps make sharpening your knives a safe and swift process.

Note: For knives such as Global or I.O.Shen,  made from very hard, tough steel, consider the Minosharp Plus Three with it's extra fine third sharpening wheel (see below).
