ICD Cast Iron Frying Pan

This ICD Cast Iron Frying Pan is suitable for any cooker, including induction hobs. It has no other surface on it apart from oil making it naturally non stick. Because it is simply iron it is relatively cheap, you can take it to a high temperature making it really good for searing meat etc and you can use metal. In fact there is very little to go wrong.
The only slight negative is that if you leave it damp or put it in a dishwasher it will rust. So wash, dry, keep it oiled and it will last for years and years.
