Global knife sharpening guides

These  minosharp guide rails from Global  help you to find the perfect angle to sharpen your knives. Simply clip them to the back edge of your knife and they will give you the 15 degree angle necessary for maintaining a sharp edge. they will suit all makes of knife but are intended for use with a sharpening stone. There are two, one for small knives and one for large knives.
