Epicurean 'Kitchen Series' Cutting Surfaces

Epicurean Cutting Surfaces are made from an environmentally friendly, natural wood fibre composite which has been used in commercial kitchens worldwide for decades. Now available for the domestic chef, these extremely durable boards are heat resistant up to 176 degrees C, are non-pourous so as not to harbour bacteria, and are even dishwasher safe. The surface will 'score' slightly with knife use, reducing wear on the blade itself, thereby protecting your knives.
