Electric knife sharper from Knifewizard

Some knives, such as the I.O.Shen Japanese style knives, have such a high Rockwell rating meaning they are very hard that a conventional steel or sharpener is not a lot of use. This electric sharpener with diamond wheels is suitable not only for the harder japanese knives currently on the market but also any blunt knife. Sometimes, even with regular steeling, knives lose their edge after a couple of years or so.
This sharpener has the advantage over others in that it allows the sharpening of each edge separately. It also has two stages of sharpening course and fine. So for very blunt knives start with the course and finish with the fine.
It may seem expensive but its worth every penny and cheaper than a new set of knives!
