Favoured by Chefs and Pharmacists alike, porcelain Pestle & Mortars offer an unglazed surface whose naturally coarse texture is ideal for grinding. Porcelain is completely non porous, so flavours are not absorbed into the body as they do in wood or granite mortars. They are very good for  crushing and grinding herbs, garlic and spices.

This product is British made and features a pouring lip which is helpful for pouring salad dressings. It is dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven proof.
