Carriage and Returns


Delivery is by Parcel and is charged at a cost of  £5.00 for all orders up to £20, and £6.50 for orders over £20 and up to £99.99. Over £100 will be delivered free of charge within the UK only. This does not include Saturdays or Sundays.There is also an outlying regions charge of an additional £5 for the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly.
For delivery to the Channel Islands, Irish Republic, or any other European country or from the USA o Australia please e mail for a quote.

End of day for orders is 2.00pm. All orders received after this time will be treated as next day for processing purposes, even though we will try our best get urgent orders out after 2.00pm on the same day.In general we aim to deliver within 5 days of the order but most orders will be delivered within 48 hours.

In the event of stock shortages we will inform you by email or phone. You then can decide whether to wait for the item to come in or you can cancel the order.

Working days are Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays.

We operate a no quibble 14 days refund policy. You may return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as
  • It is unused
  • It is undamaged
  • The packaging is complete and undamaged
  • The item is in a saleable condition

  • When we receive your return we will credit your card account or send a cheque


Faulty/Damaged Goods


If the goods we have sent you arrive damaged  then let us know within 48 hours and  we will replace or refund the cost without a fuss.

If the goods develop a problem during the first year then again contact us and we will endeavour to sort the problem out with a replacement or refund.

In both cases above we need the goods back before we can issue a refund or replacement
